Application Flowchart
1. Confirm your eligibility for the course according to mentioned criteria.
2. Fill up Enquiry Form with any queries that you may have, and press SUBMIT.
3. Await email Confirmation of Eligibility (e-COE)
4. Once e-COE is received, complete Registration Form online THEN print it and dispatch back with certified / notarized copies of credentials, post-holding certificates, a current CV, 6 passport size photographs and payment (cheques/DD/payorder/Bank Transfer details) Refer to CANDIDATE CHECKLIST provided in Form B

Once the application is found to be in order along with receipt of payment,
USAIM will issue a letter of admission.
6. A computer generated candidate-specific user name and password with
enrollment key for accessing the modules opted for will be sent by email.
7. It is expected that all modular learning material made available is completed by
the candidate and the MCQ examination at the end of each module is
submitted. One module is expected to be completed monthly. Candidates
defaulting on submission of these monthly tests by recommended due dates
will NOT be allowed to attend the Instructional Course Lecture Series and
will NOT be allowed to appear for the final certification examination.
8. Once the course is completed inclusive of all required modules, submission and
marking of papers/dissertation and attendance at Instructional Lecture Series is
confirmed with completion of the final Computer-based testing (CBT), the final
M.Ch (Orthopaedics) certificates will be awarded by the University.
9. At the conclusion of the course, all thesis/dissertation submitted and found to
be of a high standard will be uploaded online and also printed in the paper
version of the Journal of the MCh Orthopaedics published twice-yearly.
