Report a security vulnerability to Boolean Education.
If you are a student of Boolean education and need to report a technical vulnerability, please contact admin@mch-orth.com . If you want to report abusive behavior, spam, email scams, phishing websites or email, connectivity problems, or other non-security issues, please report to admin@mch-orth.com.
In the event that you believe that your personal safety is at risk or if you believe that you may be the victim of identity theft or other illegal conduct, please contact the appropriate federal, state or local law enforcement agencies directly.
What does the Privacy Policy Cover?
This policy covers how our portal treats personal information that we collect and receive, including information related to your past qualification and credentials and professional experience. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
Information Collection and Use
  • We collect personal information when you register with Boolean Education either on Enquiry Form or Registration Form as well as when you are a registered student with Boolean Education. and when you use mch-orth.com. When you visit our web pages or the pages of certain partners, and when you enter our website to view the information and post your queries.  We may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from education and business partners or other companies.
When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and other professional details. For our record purpose we  also ask for your address, Social Security number, and information about your qualification and experience in the form of certificates.. When you register with and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
We collect information about your transaction with us and it includes information about your bank details.
We automatically receive and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you request.
We use information for the following general purposes: to improve and customize the content you see, fulfill your requests improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure

Boolean does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.  except under the following circumstances:

  • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Boolean under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about services from Boolean. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Boolean’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We transfer information about you if Boolean is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Boolean will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

 
  • Boolean works with vendors, partners, IT services vendors, Education Content providing professionals, experts, advertisers, and other service providers. Boolean signs a Privacy agreement with all these agencies to ensure your information is kept strictly confidential.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
We will create a Boolean Education – M.Ch. program student log in account for you. This will be communicated to you protecting complete secrecy of your account. You can edit your Account Information at any time.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the program. such as announcements, administrative messages and some interesting info., that are considered part of your account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
You cannot delete your account. The rights to delete your account are retained by the system administrator of Boolean Education.
Once your course is completed, your account is closed.
Confidentiality and Security
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to you or in order to do their jobs.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Boolean may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Boolean account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
